How It Works

  1. Choose Your Product
    Browse through our luxury collection and choose the piece you’d like to customize. Once you’ve selected your item, proceed to the customization form where you will enter your measurements.

  2. Provide Your Measurements
    In the empty field provided, enter your measurements using the guide below. This is important to ensure the perfect fit and make the design process as smooth as possible.

  3. Consultation & Design
    After submitting your measurements, we’ll contact you within 36 hours to confirm details and begin working on your custom design. We’ll work with you to make sure we have all the specifics for your perfect fit and style.

  4. Crafting Your Piece
    Our team will begin creating your piece by hand, using only the finest materials and ensuring every detail is flawless. The process typically takes 10-14 business days to complete.

  5. Delivery
    Once your custom design is ready, we’ll ship it to you with care. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your order’s journey.

How to Take Your Measurements

Accurate measurements are crucial to ensure your custom piece fits perfectly. Follow these steps to take your measurements:

1. Bust (for tops, dresses, and outerwear)

  • Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight.

2. Waist (for pants, skirts, dresses, and jackets)

  • Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

3. Hips (for pants, skirts, and dresses)

  • Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

4. Inseam (for pants)

  • Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle (wearing shoes you intend to wear with the pants helps for a more accurate measurement).

5. Sleeve Length (for jackets, shirts, and coats)

  • With your arm slightly bent, measure from the center of your back at the nape of your neck, over the shoulder, and down to your wrist.

6. Length (for skirts, dresses, and coats)

  • Measure from the waist (or wherever the garment sits) down to the desired hem length.

7. Shoulder Width (for jackets, tops, and dresses)

  • Measure from the edge of one shoulder across to the edge of the other, following the natural curve of the shoulder.
 

Care Instructions

To keep your custom design looking its best, we recommend dry cleaning only. Dry cleaning will preserve the integrity of the materials, gold accents, and handmade craftsmanship.

Important:

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry your piece, as this may damage the fabric and finish.
  • Handle with care to maintain the longevity of your custom design.
